Vacuum Forming Light Box

Vacuum forming light box uses the vacuum formed plastic face to display logo or brand name.

Vacuum forming is thermoforming process that involves heating a sheet of plastic to its forming temperature, stretching it into a convex or concave mould, and forcing it against the mould using a vacuum. With vacuum forming, multiple levels can be created in the face, creating 3 dimensional letters and shapes. Extruded aluminum profile is made into customized rectangle or box shape to form vacuum formed faces. Both single sided and double sided can be achieved.
